Our Platinum tequila is aged in barrels with dried mandarin orange rinds to craft our Mandarin Liqueur. It’s like a tequila creamsicle! The rinds are all-natural, and sourced from a local purveyor in Mexico. The resulting combination with our unique blanco tequila is soft, mandarin flavor with hints of vanilla and cream. This liqueur is the perfect ingredient to combine with champagne or as an ingredient in a boozy milkshake. Perhaps surprisingly for some, it is also great for cooking with white fish or pork.
Baston del Rey liqueurs will be available in the US late 2016.
